Investment Opportunities
While doing some research on the Internet, I came across Ken and Carolyn's website. I contacted her during the Spring and kept in email contact until we made our trip in early Fall. When we arrived, Carolyn had already found a number of properties for us to view. All were within our price range. She had arranged meetings with an affiliated property management company.
For us buying rental property is a bit more difficult since we don't intend to reside in the property. After we returned home, Carolyn assisted us in drafting a "leaseback" arrangement.
